Footsteps

I really don't know what you'll make of this

I often get remarks about my use of colour & colour choices. Every now & again I try to challenge myself & to focus solely on form and texture.

I often wonder about our ancient Irish petroglyphs, there are a number of examples on stones around this area believed to date back to the pre celtic Neolithic Age, around 4500 years ago.

Whether they were ceremonial or artistic expression I doubt we will ever know but to trace the designs of our ancestors, & to try to stitch in their footsteps is a humbling experience.
